I have a Riva TNT2 Ultra video card. When I view any video content, it looks crappy when I start but after a few seconds it clears up and looks good. Is this my video card or the Divx codec doing it? If I burn a VCD, which will it look like the good version or the bad?

nah.. thats just video acelleration kicking in (usually happens with avis not mpegs) it wont have an effect on any vcds you do
