I have several AVI's that are sampled at 44100 HZ.
I use Virtual Dub 1.4.7 to create a WAV file. I follow the directions on VCDHelp.com (Audio-Full Processing Mode; Audio-Conversion-44100HZ).
I encode the file just fine using TMPGEnc.
When I go to Nero to burn it to a CD-R for use in my DVD player, Nero states that a 44100 Hz file is not compatable for the standard VCD format.
Needless to say if I burn it anyway - there is no sound when I play it on my DVD player.
I think I am missing something very simple. Any help?
