Error Code Meaning and Fix

Hello Everyone,

I'm in need of someones help. I keep getting the following error message when I try to open my ATI control panel.

Then I get this error code;

cordbg.exe !a 0x944 JIT debugger error code 0x2 (2)
.................................................. ................
I don't have any idea of what the problem is, let alone fix it. Can anyone enlighten me?

I tried this in my command prompt, regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\code-lock.ocx,
and this is what I got back;

Did you try to remove the software and reinstall ??

Which application is that? I've reinstalled my ATI Radeon to the latest driver. Do you think it's the NET. framework that needs to be deleted and redownloaded? I'm at a loss and any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
