TMPGEnc in tools section needs updating [disregard]

EDIT: Did a typo in my tools search, sorry. But still surprised haven't heard more about this in the forums (that the 4.0 version of TMPGEnc Xpress uses the Mainconcept encoder, or some version of it, and how it works).
