    I decrypter a DVD then Used DVD Shrink to size and Encode but I don't know how to transfer the VIDEO_TS file to ImgBurn. This used to be automatic. Please help---stuck Russ

    Open ImgBurn and drag the VIDEO_TS folder into it, set speed etc then hit the burn button.
