I need Decomb521.dll for converting a PAL DVD to NTSC, to send to a friend in the US. It's not in the AVISynth plugin folder, where it is supposed to beAll Internet searches seem to lead to everything else apart from a download
I thought at first AviSynth might have changed where it puts it, but a search of my system doesn't find it. So could someone please tell me where I can download it from.
Thanks in advance for any help.

this was in the plugins folder in AVISynth
Decomb521.zip -
Thanks for the quick reply. That's what I thought, but all there is in my plugins folder is:-
colors_rgb.avsi
DirectShowSource.dll
TCPDeliver.dll
I've even downloaded it again and it's now 2.57 but it still hasn't put the dll in the plugins folder.
I've put it in there now with your help, thanks. I'll hopefully now be able to do what I intended doing. Thanks for your help, it has been invaluable. -
no problem, that file is from DVDRebuilder installing AVISynth itself and it was version 2.5 that it installed so I'm not sure if it will work

I suppose the 521 in the name is the version number so I expect it will be OK. I'll find out tomorrow, I've decided I've had enough today. I'm retired and I've been trying to do this since 8am this morning and it's now 8.37 in the evening GMT. So I'll go and get a mug of coffee and chill out watching a movie or two. Thanks again for your help.
