    Hi, is there someone outthere that knows how to join srt-files or smi-files with an mpeg clip or movie?????

    I usually convert the (srt) to a (ssa)<-Sub Station Alpha, then use the SSA Subtitle filter in virtual dub (which you can get from their website).

    (just search for srt2ssa, but I belive http://www.digital-digest.com had it.)

    Frameserve into TMPGEnc and encode. This site already has tutorials on frameserving so just check it out.
