I know that this could be in a lot of forums, but I thought I would start here. I checked the guides and cannot find the solution.

The title says it all. I understand that I probably need to remove the audio, convert it, and put it back.

    1) how do I do this?
    2) how successful is the process? I imagine audio sync is going to be a problem.
