I have a movie that uses the h.264 codec and is a .ts. I want to convert it to a smaller file using x.264 and make an mkv. The problem is no matter what i do the video timing comes out wrong, movie either plays too fast or too slow. I believe it has something to do with not being able to create a proper .d2v file. The movie is NTSC, so it is 29fps but really its 23.976 with pulldown. Does anyone know how I can convert this with the right number of frames in the right spots. Ive looked all over for different apps, nothing seems to work. Thanks
