Hey, can anybody tell me what the best program to convert WAV to DVD-Compliant AC3 audio is? Also, is there a guide or tutorial for it? Thanks!

Thanks, but I'm not sure about what to do about the settings. Could you tell me what I should put for the General, Levels, Filters & Overrides, and Misc tabs? Sorry, I've never heard of this program before so I'm a bit lost. Thanks again!

Edit: Whoops, I just noticed I posted this in the video section. Let me know if I should repost in the audio section. Sorry about that.

Here are the settings that I get good results with. Also, it's important that your WAV file is already sampled at 48000 Hz before encoding with AftenGUI.

General: Just set the bitrate that you want to use.
    Level: Leave everything alone
Filters & Overrides: Check Bandwidth Low-Pass Filter and High-Pass Filter. Change Audio Coding Mode to match the WAV file that you are using.
    Misc: Leave everything alone.

How do I sample it at 48000 Hz? Sorry, I'm relatively new to this. Also, I have no idea what Audio Coding Mode means.

This app is good and easy to use to resample audio. Best of all, it is free

Set it for 48000 and 16bit

Then again, Audacity must have this ability to resample as well.
