Nero Recode 2 in Nero 6 - Which license required or how to use?

I've had Nero 6 OEM Suite for a while which has Nero Recode 2, but it states "License you are currently using does not allow you to start this application." According to some searches Nero 6 OEM Suite 3 is supposed to include use of Nero Recode 2, but I get the same message after installing Nero 6 OEM Suite 3 that came with a new burner I got. Would uninstalling Nero and then reinstall OEM Suite 3 allow use of Nero Recode 2, or how may use of Nero Recode 2 be enabled?

Are you trying to use Nero Recode 2 with a copy-protected disc?

It depends on your serial number -- Nero can use several serial numbers, and each number can give more or less access to enclosed programs. I have Nero 7 and I've got a serial number that lets me use Recode, but not some of the plugins the "Ultimate" version or whatever it is, ships with.

But you can add multiple serial numbers to Nero, so I'd dig through all the discs and packaging that came with your stuff and see if you have more than one serial number. If you do, you can add it to Nero and that might unlock more features.
