Now, whenever I play a DVD with PowerDVD or Windows Media Player , i get a green screen. I thought that it must have somethign to do with the overlays but changing those settigns didn't work . I downloaded a codec pack (Klite full) and that didn t work too . So, I uninstalled Nvidia Drivers and reinstalled it. When it was uninstalled i could play the dvd without the green but when it was reinstalled, the green screen was back . Can anyone help me ??

  3. Try playing a video with WMP. While that's playing start playing a DVD with PowerDVD. Now how's the DVD image?

  5. Only one player at a time can use the graphics card's video overlay feature. Since the second player isn't using overlay and has a normal picture the problem lies with overlay. Now that you know for sure where the problem lies you can look for solutions.

Look through the graphics driver's advanced features dialogs. If there is an overlay enable/disable option try turning it off (it may be necessary to reboot for the setting to take hold). Play a video -- it should now be normal. Go back and turn it on (overlay has many advantages so you want to use it) and play a video again. This is often enough to fix the problem.
