My question is can you chage what shows in the motion meni for each episode because i can only get the same 15 sec video ( is there any option some where else that i missed.) for the beginiing of each episode which does not really tell you whats in the episode.

My understanding is that you can set whatever you like to be the motion menu for each individual title or chapter so long as you use a dvd-compliant MPEG clip. Now this could be the first 15 seconds of each ep if you like, or you could create your own montage of the key points of the ep.

But bottom line is: dvd-compliant MPEG is all you need.
    If in doubt, Google it.

I haven't tried this yet, I just normally go with the defaults...Go to "Create Menu", Click on the Track or Chapter preview window and it should bring up the "Change Thumbnail Image", move the slider over to where you want it to start the 15 second preview and click ok...let me know if it works, I may start using it. (I'm using TmpGenc DVD Author 1.5 but I thinks its about the same).
