    I have made a 35-second video for a background menu on my DVD but Nero Vision cuts it after 5 seconds. Is it possible to make it longer, or is there another DVD authoring program that lets me do so?

    I would think pretty much any "real" authoring program would...
    Any version of TDA will allow this, DVD-lab PRO, DVD-lab are a few that i have used extensively.
