Hey guys! I'm having a bit of trouble, I hope you can help me.![]()
Yesterday I wanted to burn some anime on a DVD, but I'd only done it once before with a short video and it came out like crap and the subs were cut off.
I followed the guides here on how to resize with FitCD & Avisynth. I opened the avs file on ConvertXtoDVD and it did the rest on its own. I was very happy with how the DVD came out, but today I tried the same method to make another DVD and this time I got a message saying it couldn't open the file, "cannot find stream info" & "Invalid pointer operation." I checked with the files that worked for the other DVD and it couldn't open them either.
How do I fix this? or should I try a different method?
This is my first time dealing with all this video stuff so.... small words, please.![]()

Whenever you work with avi scripts it is worth making sure you can open them in virtualdub or virtualdubmpeg2 first. This will tell you that the script works, and show you the effect it is having, or give you error messages if it doesn't work.
Try this with your scripts now to see if there are any issues that you can't see through ConvertXtoDVD.Read my blog here.

I downloaded virtualdubmpeg2. I wasn't really sure what to do, but I clicked 'scan for errors' and I didn't get anything and ConvertxtoDVD still won't accept the files.
