Where Do I find frames captured by Video Redo Plus.
When I capture a fram with Video Redo Plus it gives and option of saving as BMP or to clipboard but i can't find the captured frames.
How do you configure where to save captired frames and how do I access the clipboard to retrieve them from there.

Have you looked at help? It shows you the dialog box that will appear when you capture. The box gives the choice of a bmp file or the clipboard and a dialog for where to save to.
So where they went depends on what settings you used.
Search for *.bmp using the windows search feature.
