when i transfer my DV video to the pc there is this green line on the right side of the video, im using unlad video studio 10 to transfer the video

How big of a line?
Is it covering valid video data?

For what it's worth I've seen a green line ont the bottom while playing DV video in WMP occasioanlly. On diiffferent videos, or not on the same video. Some kind of glitch during playback... Get a short clip, convert it to something else and see if it's still present.

8 pixel black side lines are typical when 704x480 broadcasts are recorded to 720x480 DV format. I don't see green with Video Studio DV capture.
