AvsP is now the semi official editor for Avisynth, although AvsEdit is perfectly fine. AvsP allows you to have function sliders that you easily create with real-time previews of the changes you make with the controls. Check out the flash demo. Pretty good stuff there - one giant leap for scriptkind.
