real media to mp4

How do I convert real streaming media to an MP4 is it posssible?

I'm not sure if the file will work and several attempts tell me it is not ... below is info of what the encoder spits back at me.. I just want someone to look at this and tell me what I'm doing wrong??

I tried taking this file that downloaded from a real stream and changing to mp4 but it takes forever??
does not seem to work ..all I get is a neverending progress bar...

it seems like this will work as I have followed al the forums but I wonder if the file is streaming or not ??

if so will it work?
