    I am using directions for "DVD Backup without having 8GB free by Dhruv Bhatia"
    So I am using DVDx and TMPGEnc.

    Can I rip the movie starting from a specific point in the movie. I could not find a setting that would allow me to do this. Any help would be Valuable...

    If you use Smartripper, simply check off the chapters you want, and take checks off of the chapters you don't want. Smartripper will recompile the chapters you select into new .vob files.
