    I plan on buying Toast 8...and waiting for the patches
    that are necessary to run it, it seems.
    Yeesh, talk about not ready for primetime..

    oops..back on track...But yes, DTOX is still the 800 lb. gorilla
    for compressing DVDs on the Mac.

    DVD2One, for reasons previously mentioned. But I prefer Toast's UI (does anyone like DVD2One's?) and it crashes less.
