    I assume that since I tried to use Nero Vision AND tried to burn them using the Nero Burning ROM data/video programs with no success- I probably have to convert them to a different format. Does someone know what that format is and is there a freeware that can do that?

    Super and convert to dvd mpg and the use Nero Vision.

    If that wont work try latest ConvertXtoDVD, not free though.

    Thanks for the reply. I assume that the generic "DVD mpg" is the name of the format that will be listed for me to convert it to- (or is there a different name?)

    It would help if you gave us the origin and file type, avi or whatever, of your
    "Real Video Files" ....Might even get more helpful
