    I have tried to install a couple of different versions of Nero have un installed a previous version and at the end of the installation get shell manager data base is corrupt or missing and I can't complete the installation. Can anybody tell me what this is and how to fix it.

    First of all .. you tell us what you are doing.

    Need to know exactly what versions of Nero you are trying to install and where did you get it. Could be the programs are bad.

    Need to know if you cleaned up your computer.. maybe that is what is screwed up and not Nero programs.

    Thanks for your reply but managed to fix it with Nero clean up tool D/L from there site.
