How to add a watermark on my sharing video site / dedicated server ?

Hello,

I have a "video sharing" clone website. I want place automatically a watermark over all videos during or just after the uploading (in any case, before it's online for all users). This watermark can be text, or an existing image.

My dedicate server runs under :
- Intel Core2Duo E6300 2x 1.80 GHz
- 64 bits
- 1 Go DDR2
- Apache 2, PHP 5, MySQL 5, Linux Gentoo 2006

I have install :
- GD Library 2
- FFmpeg
- FFmpeg-PHP
- Mplayer + Mencoder
- flv2tool
- Libogg + Libvorbis

All video appear in a .flv flash player when someone want see it. I don't want that my watermark is integrate in tle player, but in the video.

Have you an idea how do this ????

but it doesn't seem to worj with ffmpeg-php.

Another solution would be to use avisynth and a logo filter and then convert with ffmpeg....but I don't know anything about avisynth and linux.
