    I'm trying to convert avi to dvd (pal) with TMPGEnc v 2.5.
    I'm doing it with tmpg.. dvd pal template without changing nothing, and always get:
    " THE SAMPLING RATE IS NOT PERMITTED WITH SELECTED MPEG-2 LEVEL " ????? someone ?????
    Also not understandable - both dvd pal templates are setted to 29.97 fps instead of 25 --> how can I change it ??

    Hit the LOAD button inside the program (lower right) and inside the Extra folder is a file named unlock.mcf which when loaded will allow you to change the settings on the frame rate. I loaded the DVD template and also got 29 fps. Hope this helps.
