hello,
Ive been downloading a series of television shows to watch, and all of them seem to play okay except one episode which has very bad pixelation on a scene change where you can still see parts of the previous scene for a few more seconds. When playing this on my pc or a dvd player as an avi file it locks up although the audio keeps going. When converted to dvd it will play okay on my dvd player but you still see the pixelation. The file size is similar to the other episodes so Im not sure whats wrong? Could I have a bad download and need to redownload this file or can I fix it by running it though some sort of software that fixes these things?
Thanks

That sounds like a corrupted file or a bad conversion. Not usually much you can usually do except to cut out the bad parts. The player may be displaying the last good frame while it waits for the next good one to come up.
You could try downloading it again, but it may just be part of the file.
