Are there pc cards that have AV outs for audio and video so that I could use a AV sender to send signal to TV?

Most ATI all in wonder cards output audio as well as video.
Many other cards output video only expecting audio to come from the audio card.Recommends: Kiva.org - Loans that change lives.

Thanks, I suppose I could use the sound card speaker outlet, plus an adapter.
