dvd menu - more than one title on a disc

Using TPMGEnc, is it possible to put two separate titles on one disc, with each of those titles divided into tracks, and each track divided into chapters?

Perhaps I'm missing something in my reading of the manual and other tutorials and guides, but I can't figure a way to do this.

I can add track after track, and divide each of those tracks with chapters, but I can't figure a way to add a separate title, and then divide it into its own tracks, each with their own chapters.

Am I being clear enough?

If TMPGEnc won't do this, are there any programs that will?

I'm assuming you mean TMPGEnc DVD Author, and if you're talking about older versions (1.5 or 1.6), then no, I don't believe you can do what you want. Each track is in fact a new title, but AFAIK you are limited to one PGC per title. As for software that can do it, it's pretty hard to go past dvd-lab for functionality so I would be surprised if it wasn't possible with it.
