  1. Just made a bunch of coffee cup coasters because I didn't realize that the VIDEO was PAL.
I am using ImgBurn to write the ISO / IMG files to DVD, but didn't notice any thing that said the video was PAL.

I use nero to burn VIDEO_TS directories and it too didn't tell me that my files were PAL.

What tool can I use to determine if the video I have downloaded is PAL or NTSC?
Should work on VIDEO_TS and ISO / IMG files...

Open one of the VOBs in GSpot. You should be able to tell from the frame size and/or frame rate whether it is PAL or NTSC.

ISO / IMG files are just disc images and as such, could contain anything (data / music / video). I don't believe that any tool would work on them directly. But you should be able to mount them with DaemonTools (or extract one of the VOBs) then use GSpot as above.
    If in doubt, Google it.

If your image is ISO you can unpack a VOB with WinRAR without mounting to virtual drive; most other image types can be unpacked so with UltraISO.

Gspot 2.60 seems to work on the ISOs that I have, correctly identifying the framerate. It doesn't show any audio info from the ISOs, though. I don't have any BIN files handy to try it on, though.
