What is correct FPS 'Frame per second(Motion) settings in QuickTime 6.1 PRO when export MOV to AVI? From movie info: static FPS = 4 and a little differs when playing. What FPS should I set: from mov info, or from predefined QuickTime profle: 'best', 8, 10,... etc ? As far i understand, the FPS should correspond to FPS of mov source?

Use the same as the source. Are you sure it's 4fps? It's very low...normal video has 24,25,30fps. Try identify the source mov fps with something else like MediaInfo.

The files are video tutorial, its just consecutive captured Screenshots demonstrating the application. There is no needs for high FPS. Some have even 2FPS. So, to use the same rate as shown in static FPS info?
