easiest way to copy from hard drive

hello again i give up with the bitrate thing, i have used smart ripper to copy dvd to hard drive using demux can anyone give it to me in laymans terms the easiest way from here and what programs to use i have treid following the guide and always get est time of 80-90 hours for the encoding

Encoding time depends on hardware / CPU power, which encoder, encoder settings, filter, codec, resolution, etc, etc.
Short said, the est. time of 80-90 hours may be correct.
