    hi

    i have a video that is in a .bin format
    what codec do i need so i can watch it and burn it to dvd?
    been looking everywhere for info on it

    .bin is an image of a cd, it can contain anything. You must first extract the content and then convert it to dvd. It's usually a vcd or svcd if it's a video.

    Get this free app and give it a shot. Set it to bin/cue-> mpeg.
