Backing up Pirates of the Caribbean

Pirates of the Caribbean - Dead man's chest successfully backed up to 4.7gb DVD+R in the following way:

Selecting [1-Click Mode] button in RipIt4Me Version 1.6.3.0 with Ripping mode "ISO" configured with
DVDDecryptor version 3.5.4.0
FixVTS version: 1.6.0.2
- this creates iso (8.15Gb) file + 9kb mds file wherever you specified the default directory.
Then shrink above iso with DVD shrink 3.2.0.15 with DVD-Shrink preferences "DVD-5 (4.7GB)" and hitting "Backup!" button to fit single layer DVD.
-first time i've used this method to backup and DVD played on a PS2 just fine!

I am looking for a place to get dvds covers were I can print em out you know the dvds tittle covers anyone have a place were one can get em?
