Zenith XBV442 Region Free Hack Help

I got an older unit of this combi player, and trying to get it region free, we tried the first hack suplied but didn't work, and all the FreeZoneLG6053.exe links are dead it seems

Does anyone have any other ways to get it region free? on one cd-r we tried we got a region selector screen up saying choose region and push pause to exist (it said exist). but when we hit pause, it went back to the main screen and the region was still 1

Any help would be greatly appriciated

It is 2007 and I am also still trying to find a working link to the FreeZoneLG6053.exe file. If anyone has this, would it be possible to upload on a fileshare program: rapid, mega, etc? Would so much appreciate it. Or email me...Cheers!

Does this hack cover PAL format as well? Based on what I've read there is no way around that...
