    Hi all!
I'm a total newb here, I registered a few minutes ago.
I tried searching for information regarding my problem, found hundreds of sites and forums, but I couldn't find exactly what I'm looking for.

If there is indeed information about my topic, then I apologize.

    Here goes:
    I have an AVI movie in 2 parts, 560 x 240 - which isn't exactly 16:9.
I also have subtitles in 2 parts.
Putting the subtitles aside, when I try burning the movie itself to a DVD, I choose the wide screen option, but still the end result isn't exactly 560x240. The image is still a little stretched vertically (I tried with Nero and TMPGenc).
I was wondering if there is a program to change the ratio manually to whatever we want?

Also, how do I add seperate subtitles to the movie?

    Thank you in advance!

  2. You video is about 2.35:1, a common aspect ratio for movies. In TMPGEnc, set the source aspect ratio to 1:1 (VGA), then set the Video Arrange Method to Full Screen (keep aspect ratio). You can encode as either 4:3 (letterboxed) or 16:9 (anamorphic).
