Is it possible to use a specific RGB value to match my design as the highlight color in DLP? It appears to only use a 16-color palette! How limiting! Any solutions out there, or is the only alternative to use switched menus from Photoshop?

The 16 colour palette is a restriction of the DVD spec, I believe. You can change the colours in the palette by going Project -> Project Properties, then clicking on the Palette tab. Your colours will then appear when you set a fill colour or set a colour on the Map tab.
