    I was browsing EBAY, and there are a handful of ADS PYRO AV/Link units that are listed at a pretty low price currently. Some have adobe premiere elements included. It's been awhile since I've seen that many of them below $149.00. I really like my unit.

    I have a couple of them also (API-550) and am quite satisfied with the results. Not many capture devices can do so from Component Video. I even use one as a front-end to a standalone DVD Recorder (Pioneer 633), to convert Component Video to DV and send it to the recorder over FireWire.
