Hi,
As of right now I can't play Region 1 DVDs on my PC.
I have 2 DVD drives, both of which are set to region 1, I've never changed the region.
All my DVDs are region 1 and none of them will play, I simply get an error saying that the DVD is the wrong region.
I assume it's not the hardware since it's the same for both players.
The players are a Liteon LTD163 which came with my dell PC and the other I added long after this problem started, it's a Pacific Digital Mach-12.
I've also reinstalled windows once since the problem started with no change.

I never set them but they are set to region 1.
It worked just fine for the first year & a half or so that I had it.
