    Hi all. could any one tell me the name and if possible show me the cable pic that i need to connect capture card to a satellite receiver . i attached a pic of both receiver and capture card. i be happy to know all the connection possibilities. Thanks

    Are you in the United States, like your profile says? The picture is of a PAL system, used in Europe. I don't think it would work at all here.

    Assuming it does, buy a scart adapter with an s-vido socket, and an s-video cable. That would give you the best picture quality.

    Thanks for u reply. Could you mention the exact name of such cable. Since it is hard for sales man down here to understand what i am looking for when i go shopping!!! Furthermore, could u explain to me if there is any difference between using rca connectors or s-vhs connectors in back of my receiver as shown in pic. I mentioned rca connectors because i heared from some people that i can use them too but not sure!!.Thanks

    s-video will give you the better picture quality, by far. Assuming your card has s-video in (it appears to have).
