DVD Shrink can do this in re-author mode.
    Open Shrink
    Open disc
    Hit re-author button
    Find the episode you require
Drag it to the left pane
    Hit back-up button
Do the same for the other episodes but change the output folder for each one

If you require a menu use TDA.
If no menu is required use DVD Shrink -

    Open Shrink
    Hit open files button
    Find your first episode
    Hit re-author button
Drag the episode to the left pane
    Repeat for all your episodes
    Hit backup button

I use DVDRemake Pro. Its not free but works damn Good.

Like getting rid of needless excess junk on DVDs, to free up valuable compression space. This proves to be VERY useful for Episodic DVDs, where i can keep the first Intro and get rid of the other repeated intros/outros to each episode.

Just doing that usually frees up around 600MB-800MBs. Which helps *A LOT* in the overall end result. Making a MUCH better quality backup.

As well as getting rid of whole episodes if you like, and using DVDRemake Pro's disc-merge feature to put together what you like, on 1 DVD.

Can't do half that stuff with DVDshrink.
