force only a few lines of 1 subtile stream

Hello,

i have an original dvd-movi here, this movie has only one subtilte stream and in the movie the actors sometimes speak in a foreign language. I know that there is a possibility that only 1 stream can contain the subtitle, which is shown if you chooose it and also parts (forced) which are always shown. But how can i mark myself some of the parts as forced, becaus in my movie none of the parts are forced, but it should be or i always have to switch on the subtitle, when the actors start to speak in foreign language and swicht subtitles off, when i can understand what they say. Upps i hope i explained it right ) Can anyone help?

Ok i tested some proggies and with DVDSubEdit it worked.
