Hi there.
I bought a Sony DVD 105 a month or two ago. It uses the mini DVD disks. My question is how can I burn 2 of the mini disks onto one regular sized DVD? My problem is that the camcorder saves as the same file names every time you put in a new disk. I would like to put the two smaller disks, which only hold 30min each onto one regular DVD so I can send to family from out of town.
I have also tired importing them into Roxio MYDVD (and also Power Producer) and imported all files and tried to burn but they both failed as well for some reason.
Please help!!!
Thank you

Basically, as you have realized, you would have to change the names. You might use a program like VOB2MPEG to convert the DVDs to MPEG files and name them different, then add them both into an authoring program to burn onto one DVD. TMPGEnc DVD Author is one easy authoring program, or there are some freeware programs like DVDAuthorgui or GUI for dvdauthor. This method works well if you need to edit with a MPEG editor.
Or others may have a method to rename the VOBs and add them into an authoring program without the conversion to MPEG. The VOB to MPEG conversion is lossless, so either way should work.
And welcome to our forums.
