    Can anyone help I have 2 files which I need to multiplex together vts_01.m2v & vts_01.ac3 or vts_01.wav . Which program can I use to do this to make a complete mpeg file.

    Go into mpeg tools, right there.
    Just make sure u encode ur wav to either mpg or mp2
