You have a VCR connected to a Standalone DVD-Recorder!
& your upgrading your video-tape to Disc...&/ Or recording a program off the T.V. etc

'But something happens with the Disc, & you can only play the disc with-in the Standalone DVD-Recorder itself & can't finalize the disc,

Is it possible, to record 'back off the Dvd-recorder to a Video-cassette?

'I've tested some things out but no luck!

Yes absolutely you can reverse record your programs. Just make sure you reverse your inputs and outputs so your "dvd recroder ouput" goes to your "vcr input" and your all set. Play on the dvd player and record on your vcr. Just make sure you are using the line in on your vcr since you should be using your audio video cables to go from the dvd to vcr.

If this layout doesn't work let us know step by step exactly how you are playing and recording. Also if you have a digital camera posting some pictures wouldn't hurt - we could give suggestions a little better.

Once when i have taped the DVD back to Video the recording on the tape came out like it was Macro-protected, even though the recording was off the TV!... it was just one of the Titles of the Dvd, Something similar has happened before, Some kind of error that should be expected now & again!!
