    i havent tried capturing any video for over a year now, if not more. I tried today of a gig of mine that was filmed the other night and its not working.
    When the firewire cable is attached to the computer it doesnt recognise it ie it doesnt make that noise and ask which programe to capture with.
    I used to use studio 9 and have since deleted that from my computer, but it also used to offer choice between studio 9, dvddecrypter etc etc.
    Very frustrating.
    Does it sound like the firewire port is not working or maybe the firewire cord?

    aaahhh needed this on computer asap and edited by friday.

    All help much appreciated
