Need software to convert FLV to SWF or WMV

I downloaded some video from Youtube, and now i want to convert them to SWF, or WMV.
But i dont know which software to convert.
Can you show me some softs ?

P/s: Very nice if you recommend freewares for me

Try the freeware program SUPER. It handles most formats. FLV to WMV may take more than one conversion program, though.
