    I have some full feature movies in AVI format. Could someone suggest the fastest way to get these to DVD burn. Thanks!

    If you must convert: Convertx2dvd
    The better alternative (as pointed out by guns1inger get a DivX/Xvid capable player. Can be had for about the same amount as convertx2dvd. See the DVD player list left for suggestions and use ratings.

    DVD2SVCD is an awesome tool to convert avi's to dvd format. Tons of guides to walk you through it here on the site. I've used it extensively will great results.
