    Hi,
    I have a complete and ready to burn Video_ts structure (original).
    I would like to add a video to this DVD and insert in the menu a way to play it (addition).
    Is it possible to do without making an all new DVD? Any hint, link, tutorial?

    Thanks in advance,
    Diego

    Not easily. generally, the effort required to do this, especially with free tools, makes it simpler to create a new disc from scratch.

    If you want to give it a go, I suggest you look at the following tools in the tools section, and the guides that are linked form those pages;

    PGCEdit
    DVD Remake Pro
    TitlesetBlanker
    IFOEdit

  3. It is easy to add a new Title that will be played automatically
    1. when the disc is inserted (First-Play clip), or
    2. before a specific Title (Intro clip), or
    3. after a specific Title (Closing clip).
    You can do that with PgcEdit's Import Clip functions, See the last entries in the Title menu.

    It is also possible to import one (or several) Title(s) with File -> Import VTST Titles, but you will have to modify the navigation commands yourself, and it's not easy for a beginner.

    Also, you can create a new menu button with the menu editor, and link it manually to your imported title, but it will be a simple coloured rectangle. If you want to create a new highlight for the button, you have to demux the menu, edit it (including the subpics streams), remux it, replace it in the compilation, and modify the navigation. You will need several tools to do that, and it's really not easy, but feasible. (Short guide: Editing a MENU in a Already Authored DVD.)
