Covert from (S)VCD Ripping tool back to MPEG 1/2

I have some (S)VCD's but I've lost the orginal MPEGs and I would like to convert them back into MPEG1/2. Simply accessing the files on the disk through media player doesn't seem to work.

Do I need some form of ripping tool?

Hi,

Use VCDGear in the tools section of this page. Just Mpeg1 though.

Thanks for the info JackDudd it worked great. By the way it also converted to MPEG 2 which was a real bonus.
