how do i record or extract the audio of a video that is playing on you tube??

Best way would be to download the flv, then use flvextract. To do it as it is playing you would use something like total recorder though.

You can also use SUPER on an extracted youtube file to convert to wav or mp3, or you can record it while it is playing using something like Audacity.
